Also some good pictures only can be good with a plain background, and lock in its focus. Another thing is that make sure the head is not cut off in the picture or any body parts. means a picture is worth a lot. Yes I think it is true because in pictures if you dont lock the focus it will be blurry and hard to see. Also a good picture has a plain background so the subject wont be hard to see. Another thing is to make sure you get on the same level as the subject so that none of the body's parts get cut off. Make sure you always use the flash. Lastly make sure you tell your subject what to do so it can be a good pictures.

Pictures are much deeper in feeling and definition, they show what it looks like and u do the rest but when you look at a picture of someone who is sad you tend to feel bad for that person even though you have no relation with that person, you act as if u have read a whole book about one person and react to it. I think it is true that when you see a photo it is telling you things that could describe it by looking at it. When I see something that is very interesting what I think of it, its showing detail how I describe it. One of the photos I saw on the website is showing a photographer taking a photo of a explosion that had a clear subject in it that was good quality. There was a black and white photo that showed a good scene of soldiers lifting up a flag pole which had locked the focus in the frame. But the photos I saw I described them in my head and thought what it was like in my head when I first saw it. It is true because I’ve been more moved by a picture of something than someone talking about it. I believe that a picture can tell a thousand words because I can take a picture of a dead person and that picture would probably have people asking questions like; Who was he? How did he die? How old was he? Who killed him? Was he ill? And so on. Another example of how a picture tells a thousand words is the pictures from 9/11, any picture from 9/11 can tell you a thousand words because the pictures are so detailed and powerful it just tells you a story. Also not all pictures can tell you a thousand words, some pictures are just pointless pictures that people take for no reason once so ever.
